In the summer of 2014, as DDC prepared to move offices from National Harbor, MD to Washington, DC, the company decided to undertake a comprehensive rebrand. The name was changed from DDC Advocacy to simply DDC to reflect their expansion beyond advocacy. I was the lead designer for the new logo, website, collateral material, and coordinating the design of the new office lobby.
The new DDC logo incorporated elements and colors from the previous logo. The blue dot and gradient arc represent both a person and DDC’s global reach.
